I have developed a 2-month guided Personal Training plan specifically to combat the effects of sitting all day. It involves low-impact movement, intentional stretching, and sustainable strength building.

No Gym? No Problem. This program is designed to fit your life, not the other way around. 

While having access to weights will get you the fastest results, we can absolutely start without them. Whether you have a gym membership or just a living room floor, we can make this work with just three 30-minute sessions each week.
